Customer Voice Automatic Review Campaigns Follow up

Good news: campaign/automation functionality is being worked on this year! This would allow you to send an automatic follow-up email if, say, the first email isn't opened or clicked on.
Jeff, I'd love your insight into what aspect of this new feature you'd expect in the Customer Voice Pro. For example, lockout all campaign functionality in Express or give them limited functionality to get a "taste" of it?
