I know we have a message option for clients in the Business App but it would be great if we could add our own chat options/widgets. To do this we would need an embed code option in partner branding or somewhere else.

@Tim Glynn Thank you for your suggestions and we are also thinking along this line. However, I'll like to understand the goal you want to achieve by having the chat options/widgets included?.

@Tim Glynn This is a great idea, we utilize tawk.to for our main website chat at the moment, it would be great to add a support based chat icon on the bottom right (like we have as partners) where clients can reach out directly to us for support.

@rossai The widget options we currently use are review widgets, engagement widgets primarily. Within the engagement widget we can embed video, messenger, chat, textchat, calendars etc. So the options are endless for each agency depending on how they work. So it's important that it is simply an html option to place code.
