We're new Vendasta users here in the UK. We keep having an issue where the Task Manager seems to auto-generate tasks for accounts out of the blue. These can happen even when no recurring tasks are set.
Why might this be happening?

My apologies for the delay in response getting back to you with an answer and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have brought to you and your teams.
I believe the reason for Tasks being auto-generated within Task Manager has to do with your task "settings". I have attached a screenshot below. Depending on the fields turned on/off this will dictate which actions for accounts will be pulled into Task Manager.
You can also, edit this on an account level by clicking on a specific account, Account settings in the upper right of your screen, and going into your "task generation" settings.
