It would be very beneficial to enable us to create custom fields in the business profile. We very often have additional information relevant for our operation and connection to i.e. accounting systems or other where we would need such fields. Even more appealing would be the ability to create numerous customer objects, a page (like hours, marketing, social) as custom pages with a number of custom fields. Those should then be usable within the applications and the API. That would enable to have a single point of truth data storage for all relevant data of our customers which currently might stored separately and disparately in another island.
Another option would be to provide a no-code, low-code framework for partners to create such objects/pages/apps themselves but seamlessly integrated into the ecosystem.
