Customer Voice Selling strategies for Customer Voice Pro plus SMS?
When selling Customer Voice Pro, do partners usually sell it with or without the add on of SMS? And if sold with SMS, what justification do you use to sell in both email and text messaging?
I try to always include SMS with Customer Voice. With nearly a 100% open rate, the results in my experience have been much better than email alone.
