Does your agency have a lot of success with Survey Monkey? What have you found for NPS?

Hey Amber! My team was using SoGoSurvey for quite a few years, but recently we switched to Survey Monkey so that we could implement a NPS strategy. It is doing the job for now, but I’m curious to hear what others are using. Has anyone used both Survey Monkey for NPS and another tool? What did you find?
