What is the binder book Dennis sends to the clients around 31-minutes in the video? Any change of getting a PDF version so check it out.

Apologies for the delayed response. The binder the Dennis is showing is probably the operational checklist/guideline for how his company functions. Unfortunately, we do not have a PDF version of the same.
