Business App Configuring Executive Report Community Session Question
Hi Diane here, new to the community, HELLO!
Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but trying to set up a 'connection with Facebook for my client and when resetting his password (which I have to call him each time to get the code), it works once and then it won't work and says an email account doesn't exist for this account'. Has anyone else has this same experience? If so, how to fix it? I won't invite my client to access the exec report until I can configure it.
Any advice is appreciated.
The easiest way to make the connection is to have the client add you to their Facebook page account so that you can make the connection on their Business App for them.
I assume that your client has a Facebook page for their business and not just a personal page.
While you have the client on the phone, give them Facebook's instructions to "Give Someone a Role" found on this page,
Once you have the editor role, login to their Facebook page then go to their Business App and follow the steps to make the connection to their page.
