What’s new?

Your Customer Voice Pro clients can now send SMS messages that include a custom link to absolutely any site!

Now, the sky is truly the limit with how businesses can use SMS to communicate with customers at different points along their customer journey. Utilize this new enhancement to drive engagement and bring in repeat customers!

Here are some ideas for how you can utilize this new feature:

  • Include a link to an exclusive sale to reward your loyal customers
  • Direct “cold” customers to a coupon code

Yes, absolutely! You can edit the message in any SMS template.

@PaigeVendasta - This is soooo great, this is a game changer for this tool. Great news.

This is going to resonate well with older users as an SMS message is easier to wrap their head around than say a Facebook post. Plus… an SMS blast with a special offer, and a unique link, and targeted landing page is going to Kick any Facebook post clear out of the water 9/10 times… unless your Facebook group is thriving… and probably not since most local business Facebook pages are little more than today’s yellowpage listing,… but in blue.
