Task Manager Product Cancellations and Tasks
Hey Everyone, I hope you’re all well! The Task Manager team is in the process of implementing workflow updates around product cancellations.
Task Manager currently offers an integration where tasks and projects can be automatically generated upon the activation of Vendasta Marketplace products and services (for more, see this). Task Manager also offers notifications to your team if your customer cancels their product or service activated to generate tasks. We want to take this a step further.
What improvements should we add to this workflow to make your lives better and make the fulfillment of products and services more efficient? Specifically, we are wondering what you’d expect Task Manager to do with pending tasks and projects once a product is cancelled - Should Task Manager leave these tasks for your team, or would you prefer them to be marked complete?
