Providing client support
Hi all. Newbie to Vendasta but a career-long marketer. I am wondering how people are providing client support around Vendasta products. I added a poll for quick responses, but would also welcome any comments with additional color.
Ok, so I failed to add the poll and can't see to edit to the topic (see how new I am?). Anyway, would love to know how folks are providing support...email, ticketing system, knowledge base, etc.
