Now in Task Manager, you can better communicate with your clients on the status of your fulfillment work with public-facing notes. In addition, we released waiting on customer notifications - your customers will receive a notification letting them know you need feedback on the content you have made for them.
This update will greatly improve communication between your team and your customers and is a great addition for remote teams.
